Pastoral care

How we look after every student

Residential programmes carry real responsibility. These are the standards we hold ourselves to, every session.

Dedicated pastoral team

House parents and welfare staff live on site throughout the programme.

24-hour supervision

Staff are on duty around the clock, with clear escalation procedures.

Medical support

Registered practitioners are available, with access to local medical services.

Safeguarding policy

All staff are background-checked and trained in safeguarding before arrival.

Clear communication

Families receive emergency contacts and regular updates during the session.

Inclusive environment

Dietary, religious and accessibility needs are collected before arrival.

Arrivals & transfers

A smooth arrival

Most students arrive at a London airport. Our supervised transfer service meets them on arrival and accompanies them to campus.

  • Arrival windows published before departure
  • Meet-and-greet at London airports and main rail stations
  • Staff travel with students to campus
  • Welcome briefing and room allocation on arrival day
  • Departure transfers arranged for the final day

Immigration & visas

Entry requirements depend on nationality and length of stay. We issue enrolment letters and supporting documentation on request. Families should confirm current requirements with their nearest embassy or visa centre before booking travel.

Alumni stories

The summer students remember

“I arrived unsure what I wanted to study. I left with a subject, a plan, and friends on four continents.”
